Facility Overview
Located in the Port of Baltimore, the Seagirt Marine Terminal occupies 320 acres. Berths 1 and 2 have a depth of 45 feet and a length of 1,377 linear feet. Berths 3 and 4 have a depth of 50 feet and a length of 2,975 linear feet. The terminal can handle up to 1.5 million TEUs per year. It has four neo-Panamax cranes and eight super post-Panamax cranes. It uses 15 hybrid and 22 diesel rubber tire gantry cranes. The post-Panamax cranes average 40 containers per hour for shortened dwell times. The terminal is also known as Ports America Chesapeake, referring to the current operator of the terminal. (See Ports America Chesapeake.)

- Entrance Requirements
- Individual: Truckers need to have a valid TWIC. All PAC Employees must have a TWIC .All PAC contractors and vendors who are at PAC on a regular basis require a TWIC
- Vehicles: Each truck entering the Seagirt Marine Terminal must have a valid RFID tag mounted correctly
