Facility Overview
Pier 4 of the Port of Tacoma is an Environmental Protection Agency’s cleanup site. Because of its location in the industrial center of Tacoma, Washington, Pier 4 sediment holds contaminants that impact the area’s groundwater. Cleanup began in 2016, and the port is currently accepting bids to provide power sources to Piers 3 and 4.

- Individual: TWIC card • Valid driver’s license • Truck license plate number and state of registration • Truck company name and SCAC Code • Truck/tractor weight in pounds • Trailer/chassis/flatbed weightin pounds (e.g. 9,000 lbs) – include the weight of Genset if it is your own • Clean Truck registration (RFID tag) • PPE (safety vest)
