As of 2023, the Charles P. Howard Terminal in the Port of Oakland was available for lease. Berths 67 and 68 have a frontage of 1,946 linear feet and a depth of 42 feet. The terminal occupies 50 acres and has 204 reefer outlets. It has three Panamax cranes and one post-Panamax crane.
