CP’s intermodal facility is located southeast of Edmonton, Alberta. It serves the Alberta Industrial Heartland, moving synthetic crude and refined products to end markets. Truck-to-train facilities are available for metals, dry bulk, and liquids. Maersk uses the Edmonton facility as part of its import/export services through the Port of Vancouver. Canadian Pacific recently merger with Kansas City Southern to form the CPKC railway.
