Calgary, Alberta, is home to the Canadian Pacific Railway’s headquarters. Because of its recent merger with Kansas City Southern, the CP railway now offers service from Canada through the United States and into Mexico. The intermodal terminal is located in Southeast Calgary. The facility supports 53-, 40-, and 20-foot rail cars. These include reefer and heated container services. Its high container cars are over eight feet in height. Since 2010, the Calgary dwell time has been reduced by almost 65%.
