Facility Overview
Ports America replaced Universal Maritime Services as the operator of the Dunkirk Marine Terminal in the Port of Baltimore. The facility occupies 570 acres with almost 800,000 square feet of inside storage. Outside storage includes 105 acres for containers, 225 acres for automobiles, and 93 acres for roll-on/roll-off cargo. The terminal has 13 berths ranging in depth from 34 to 50 feet. It has four container cranes. The facility contains over eight miles of rail and can perform direct lifts between ships and rail cars.

- Individual: Each person entering the Seagirt Marine Terminal must have a valid RFID tag mounted correctly
- Vehicles: Each truck entering the Seagirt Marine Terminal must have a valid RFID tag mounted correctly. All drivers must be registered in E-Modal before entering the terminal
