Facility Overview
Prior to 2022, Marathon was the primary tenant for Pier B; however, the redesign project slated to begin in late 2022 or early 2023 may disrupt operations. Today, Marathon operates Berths 76-80 and 84-87 for handling petroleum, petroleum products, and crude oil. Berths 76-80 occupy 18 acres with 2,200 linear feet of berthing space. The water depth is 46 feet. The area can accommodate three vessels simultaneously and has direct pipeline connections. Berths 84-87 have a berthing length of 1,980 linear feet with an alongside depth of 52 feet. The berths have pipelines to storage and tank farms. The redesign project is divided into three phases, with completion to occur seven years after the start of the project.

- Individual: All drivers MUST have a TWIC card prior to entry. Drivers MUST go to the In-Gate pedestals to enter the Terminal. And all drivers MUST out gate through pedestal/bobtail out gate lanes.
