CP’s railway network includes dedicated trains for Canadian grain exports through the Port of Vancouver. As part of the dedicated train effort, CP with support from Maersk is expanding its intermodal terminal by 100 acres. The intermodal terminal is located in Surrey along the Frazer River. The Vancouver facility is also the entry point for international imports transported through the CP network. Because of its recent merger with Kansas City Southern, CP’s network extends into the United States and Mexico.
